Blue Cherry Productions provides a unique and trend-setting wedding planning
service, which includes our never-done-before interior design service
which helps prepare your new home so that when you return from honeymoon, your home
is ready.
Some of the personalized care you need to plan a stress-free wedding and a harmoniously
designed home:
DESIGN & PLAN YOUR DREAM WEDDING:
- One-on-one Consultation with you, the Bridal Couple, where you
can give wings to your dreams, and then sit back and watch us make it happen. We
will get to know you and understand what makes you tick.
- A detailed Wedding Script which will outline all the services we
will provide and a carefully crafted budget. Our services includes anything pertaining
to your wedding:
Helping you arrange a bridal shower, select dresses, find venues, invitations, attend
menu tastings, find favors, cakes, assisting with rehearsal dinner location and
arrangement, advice on etiquette, hotel & travel arrangements for out of town guests.
- Once appointed, we will assign you a Wedding Producer who will
personally handle all the arrangements of your wedding day.
- We liaise directly with your venue and all other suppliers ensuring you can focus
on what’s really important to you.
- On the Day of your Wedding we will take care of everything, so
that all you need to do is arrive and enjoy this wonderful day. We will:
- Review & confirm all contracts a week prior to your wedding, set up a “timeline”
for the day, oversee all suppliers’ responsibilities, attend and direct the ceremony
procession, ensure all menus, favors, donations etc. are correctly placed, distribute
wedding programs, rose petals, butterflies, doves, bubbles, confetti etc., work
closely with your attendants; assist you at the photo location etc.
One month prior to your wedding, your Wedding Producer will go
through the finest detail of your wedding with you, ensuring that you have a wedding
which is stress free.
We will check that every flower is in place, every favor is accounted for, every
song played and every detail you’ve spent so much time dreaming and planning goes
off without a hitch.
We are there to answer any questions that your florist, DJ and/or band etc. might
have, that way they don’t bother you, they come to us, because we have the answers.
INTERIOR DESIGN YOUR NEW HOME:
- Our unique Interior Design service is tailored to your personality
and individual style.
- We will set up a consultation to help you establish what style and image you want
to portray in your new home, and help you create a home that is uniquely YOU.
- Personalized portraits for your walls with images captured during
informal moments between you and your loved ones or friends. True originals!
